Hola Wanda, it’s the great antakalipa. I have a business proposition for you. I need Investors for my production company that specializes in content. In addition you would come in as a partner. I have content, I have the know how, I have enthusiasm and the business acumen. It’s small things that are a hindrance. For example, I have a blog “antakalipa.wordpress.com” and I have been releasing content everyday for more than 300 consecutive days, it’s gaining traction and followers but the traction is limited because the website is free and certain features are blocked, I can’t afford a domain name for the blog. That’s a hindrance for the potential growth of the blog because it just doesn’t look professional and the brand suffers. The big thing is to grow the brand but it’s difficult without the adequate infrastructure and resources. I want to serve millions of people around the world with great content. In the future I plan to branch into making movies, music, books, podcasts, animation – just anything and everything with a creative expression. But for now I just want to make the content that I have now come alive visually and sonically, the content must come alive and the brand must grow so I can establish distribution systems that will be enable me to serve. My dream is to create a hub for creatives, I can do it and I will. Depending on the resources at my disposal, it might take a while to turn a profit but when we do it’s going to be forever because we can recycle the content and repackage it without incurring costs for production. We just have to grow the brand, it’s going to take some effort but it will be worth it in the end. Is this something that piques your interest? Are you interested?

Turning face, I want to be loved, admired, to be cheered by the fans, for them to sing my song. No more giving my attention to people who don’t deserve it. No more interacting with low-vibration people, they are dragging me down, the negative energy, it’s messing with my aura and affecting the trajectory of my progress. I am turning face, I want to be a star and an inspiration to all like the Brahma Bull. I want to be the guy who opens doors for coming generations. I want to inspire, no more excuses and a life of mediocrity, I want to grace covers of major magazines and appear on the big screen. Best in the world like CM Punk, CM Punk, CM Punk! No more giving my power to people who don’t deserve it. If I stay longer then I am paid less, so let’s decrease the hours while maximizing on the quality. I am turning face, no more Mr. Bad guy, no more low-blows and you ain’t gotta acknowledge me anymore, just a fair and honest fight and if I lose, I accept. I am turning face, I am the good guy now, YEAH, I want to be cheered by the fans, I want them to sing my song. I have integrated my shadow and motherfuckers know better than to take me on, cause I don’t back down and I deliver my receipt with conviction. I am turning face, hustle, loyalty and respect like Cena, time to appeal to the broader audience, make them believe in a hero, make them believe in dreams, cause anything is possible, you just need to keep pressing. I am turning face, I want to be a role model to millions of people, instill good values, teach good morals and ethics, to be a good person. Yes, assholes still exist but I am better equipped to deal with them, I’ll kick their ass while pandering to the audience because I am a master of showmanship now. YEAH! I am turning face, because no one could displace me at the top as a heel, I’ve been carrying the show alone and I need some connection. I am turning face and that’s the bottomline cause I said so. Having beer bashes with the fans like Stone Cold Steve Austin. Turning face cause I need to be relatable to the crowd. Turning face cause I need a different crowd. Turning face, I want to be cheered by the fans, I want them to sing my song.

Haters are just quitters don’t worry about them. They quit on themselves a long time ago and their self-hatred needs a host. That’s all you are, a projection of the mind. Don’t take it personally or you will be dragged along in their world of hell. They don’t want you to make it because it entails they failed. Quitters, they tend to talk a lot and speculate like a Bitcoin trader. They have no long-term prospects. All they do is claim like an insurance broker. Quitters, these are angry people. Nothing they say is of value or substance. No self-awareness whatsoever. Don’t worry about them, they are harmless. A lot of fear resides in their psyche like a coward. They are toothless. Quitters, they think everything is easy. Like you’ll wake up one day and have the life of your dreams. These people don’t have a “why” and they’ll do everything for anything. They hardly get anywhere in life don’t worry, no one wants to be around an expert complainer. Quitters, these are the guys that get swept up by novelty. Tomorrow, they’ll find another host. Quitters, they never make sudden-death. Don’t take their comments to heart, these are not esteemed people, just merely quitters.

Warren Buffet was asked the secrets to success in an interview and his answer was that you needed to be able to express and articulate yourself verbally and on paper (written). He cited a certificate he got from completing a course on public speaking from Dale Carnegie as his best and this is a man who has masters and degrees in the field of business from the best Universities in the world. The Dale Carnegie certificate is even on display at his office, the degrees aren’t. Buffet continued that anyone who doesn’t have this skill is behind 50-70 years. Learning how to express yourself improves your value by 50-60%. I agree with him, I think it’s the number 1 secret/skill for success, one that has worked for me immensely in my engagements with the world.

The second secret to success is reading a lot of books. Reading expands your horizons and exposes you to world’s you didn’t know existed. Reading gives you different perspectives. Reading teaches and educates. It gives you a person’s whole life and research in a couple of pages. Reading improves and adds to your vocabulary which helps your speaking capabilities. Reading helps you command the English language and makes people think you are smarter than you are and that attracts success. Reading is by far the Champion of the world. You can’t not read and be successful.

The last is your friends. You have to have the right friends because you will sway in the direction of your 5 closest friends. Birds of the same feathers flock together. To be successful, you need successful friends. You need friends who are better than you, this will enable you to grow and progress.

Tribes (Communities)

To create something of significance and value, you need a tribe or community of people pulling in one direction. They don’t have to share blood, heritage or anything binding biologically, they just have to be like-minded. I like the example of Henry Ford. What he did with the automobile industry was amazing. In that time, cars were available but they were expensive and reserved for the wealthy and affluent. Henry Ford had a dream of making the automobile affordable for the average American. He came to the realization that he would need economics of scale to mass produce and save costs. The revolutionary thinking never stopped there. Essentially he started Capitalism by getting investors involved and creating the assembly line. The Ford company started mass producing cars but he also realized sales would be slow if there wasn’t a system in place. He created the modern 9-5 work week. This way employees would produce the vehicles mid-week and purchase them on the weekend. It was a success.

Ford grew and made money for his investors. I think that’s a beautiful example of Capitalism, that’s where everything started. I think the socialist economy is cool too. Countries like Sweden are beautifully run. There’s a lot of peace of mind considering everyone has access to the best schools, hospitals and other facilities. Systems like that guarantee peace of mind. Of course it can go bad like it did in the 20th century but I see a lot of positives. It’s a fair and just system. The only problem I see is parting with 50-60% of my income tax.

I also like what Mark Zuckerberg did with Facebook. I love the culture he instilled in the company. I love how clear their vision is “make the world more open”. Essentially to connect everyone in the world. To help him in his cause, he got the best people by his side. Today Facebook has over 2 billion active users. That’s powerful, it all started with a tribe, a community of students.
