I am tired of feeding other men’s habits, week in, week out, I am the one buying beer. These motherfuckers, bloodsuckers, they are sucking me dry, like mosquitos, buzzing, irritating, never contributing anything to the group. How can you come to people with nothing? You wanna drink other men? I am tired of thinking for people who don’t think for me. They never buy me beer but I buy for them every time, round after round. I don’t need this, I have a girlfriend. They are using me, masquerading as my friends, using me to further their gains, they think I don’t see. I am cool guy but I can’t be helping niggas all the time, what do they do for me? My compassion is my weakness, I need to get my house in order, I can’t be saving other people. 24 Corona is not enough, less than an hour and nothing, I only had two beers, they are working against time, where did the other 22 go? They not using beer as an agent to enhance the experience, instead they using it as a storage tank, gulping the beer not thinking it runs out, now who needs to buy another 24? So I’ll get spite beer, something that will deter them, repel them like Peaceful sleep, fucking mosquitoes, a drink that will shrivel their faces like sour grapes. Spite beer is the only solution, I will retain more units of beer while saving up on buying more. Spite beer, now to want beer is to want the spite beer! Spite beer because I need to control my paradigm. Spite beer because I don’t need anymore friends. Spite beer because it’s more progressive.

You will always find me at the table with pretty girls or the cool guys. When I walk in everyone is eager to give me a beer. Like “take one in the cooler, we are together”. Thanks mpinch, my throat was dry. Black Label, Heineken, Castle it’s all the same to me. But I prefer Corona, it’s lighter and I can cover more distance. Ice cold charisma that will have reminencing ice, mixing Hennessy dry gin with no ice, take it straight to the head. When my nigga Stee pull up, it’s Convosier, Monkey Shoulder, Remy Martin, 48, Heiger or some stuff I’ve never had before. Bottles on bottles, everyone loves him, he’s a charismatic guy. VSOP on a typical Tuesday, Yea he’s a legend, respect. The great man on the credits, he is the greatest of all time. Critical analysis, I think the pals I drink with love me more than my church mates. Cause after a days work, I be drunk and out of my mind, I don’t have transport but my drinking buddies always find me on the road and deliver me to my doorstep. It’s different with my church mates, they just drive past me, it’s like I am invisible, they don’t care whether I make it home safely or not. My advice for start-ups

My advice for start-ups.

My first point is “no handshake, no business”. Draft something on paper. Don’t be naive, words don’t mean anything, human beings are not coherent creatures, they are full of deception, they will lie if it serves their best interests. Create a third entity, contribute terms and shake on it. Without this, the partnership is doomed from the start.

Second, don’t work for/with/under someone you do not admire and respect. You won’t give your best under those circumstances and you won’t grow. Don’t settle! Collaborate with the best people you can find. Keep in mind that if your partner lies to you once, it will happen again and again. They don’t respect you enough to think you warrant the truth. Be careful, they might make deals that lead to your downfall. Work with someone with integrity. Know who you are working with.

Third, prioritize serving people and work to perfect that model. When you have perfected that, concentrate on scaling and serving large quantities at a time. Really want to help and care enough. Understand your customers and meet all their needs. Making money is secondary, your service/product should be impactful and satisfy the customer.

Forth, love what you do. As an entrepreneur you are going to experience hellish days that will make you want to quit. Being an entrepreneur is not easy. There is a lot of suffering. There is no escaping failure. You are going to fail, make peace with that. Failure is not the problem, it is how you react that will dictate success. You will probably change business models multiple times as you go along. Keep learning, have enthusiasm, adapt and adopt, be positive, innovate and keep going. Never stop.

Fifth, concentrate on you and your enterprise instead of the competition. Focus on growth and retaining your current customers. Delight your customers.

And lucky number 6, elevate your perspective, see your business way into the future. Think 10 years or even 100 years if you are that ambitious. Have clear and concise goals and plan thoroughly.
